Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site, and referral source, using cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you to us.

Service records. If you become a customer, we may keep records of services performed, appointment dates, locations served, payments, and before/after photographs of your vehicle for quality and dispute-resolution purposes.

We use your information to: respond to quote requests and inquiries; schedule, perform, and follow up on services; process payments; improve the Site and our services; maintain business records; protect against fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. FormSubmit — processes our quote form and delivers your submission to our email inbox. Google — provides analytics (Google Analytics 4), fonts, and our business listing/reviews. GitHub Pages — hosts this Site and may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of normal web hosting. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our business or others.

4. Cookies and Analytics Choices

The Site uses cookies primarily through Google Analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, use your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control features, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We retain quote inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. Customer service records are retained as needed for warranty, accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
